Product Description
Sinco HDPE pipe is a perfect solution for municipal engineering system and urban water supply and drainage system.
HDPE water supply pipes are manufactured from high density polyethylene containing only those antioxidants, UV stabilizers and pigments necessary for the manufacture of pipes. HDPE Pipes are intended to be used for water supply including the conveyance of raw water prior to treatment and that of water for general purposes.
Sinco Pipe could manufacture complete series of HDPE water supply pipes range from DN16mm-DN1400mm. The pipes are strictly conform to standards like ISO4427-2-2019, AS/NZS4130-2018, EN12201-2, ASTM F714-13 etc.

Sinco HDPE pipe are commonly used for water supply applications because of their many advantages. Here are some of the benefits of using HDPE water supply pipes:
1. Non-toxic: no heavy metal additives, would not be covered with dirt or contaminated by bacterium. Sanitary. No Secondary pollution.
2. Corrosion Resistance: unaffected by chemical matters and electron chemical matters which cause corrosion in metals.
3. High flow capacity: smooth interior walls and low abrasion resistance result low flow resistance and high flow capacity.

HDPE pipe joining methods
1. Butt Fusion Joining:
Butt fusion joining method is a simple and fast PE pipe joining method. It is used more than diameter 63mm pipe and pipe joining, pipe and fittings joining.
2. Fitting Joining
PE pipe may be joined by injected fittings, butt fusion prefabricated fittings, steel-plastic joint and other mechanical fittings.
3. Flange Joining
Flange joining is used to join PE pipe and valve, or other material pipe and fittings.
Butt Fusion Joining Procedure
Strict inspections are involved in the whole production process of each order and testing before delivery. Any 3rd party inspection like SGS or BV could also be available upon your request.
HDPE Pipes are usually shipped by 40’HQ containers, pipes could be telescoped to minimize ocean freigth in terms of several sizes. Bulk shipment are also available.

How About the Delivery Time like?
Our factory owns more than 10 international top-class PE pipe production lines which could assure you the shortest delivery time. Normally the delivery time (ex-works) could be 15-20 days, it may little longer for large quantities.

You can appoint any 3rd party inspection like BV, SGS etc to do the inspection, however, such expenses shall be for your account.
