HDPE gas pipe is suitable for outdoor gas transportation and distribution and is the preferred system for underground natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas mains. Sinco HDPE gas pipes are made from either PE80 or PE100 raw materials, which are sourced from world-leading suppliers of raw materials. The raw materials used in the production of HDPE gas pipes are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and consistency.

The gas pipeline is one of the most important components of the pipeline network in a city. The gas itself has certain dangers. If there is a leakage, it is easy to cause great harm, so the safety of HDPE gas pipes is very important. The replacement of the pipe network is also a very troublesome project. Excellent HDPE gas pipes have a service life of 2-3 times that of traditional pipes, up to 50 years. HDPE Gas Pipe Advantage

1. HDPE is the ideal natural gas pipe material for use in distribution systems.

2. Leak-free joints. The HDPE gas pipes will be connected by fusion welding, the joints are strong, no leak will occur during its service; 

3. Longer service life. The HDPE gas pipes will use PE100 grade, which has better performance. This higher tensile strength, combined with its superior durability, enables a longer design life than other piping materials.

4. Excellent Durability. The HDPE gas pipe resists damage and degradation from a variety of operating and environmental conditions. It also has excellent corrosion resistance to many chemicals and solvents.

5. Light Weight. The density of HDPE gas pipe is 0.94g/cm3, only 1/8 of steel pipes, so the HDPE gas pipe is safer to handle, easier to load, transport, and position, which further reduces installation costs.

6. Long laying lengths. HDPE gas pipes can offer long lengths of coils, which reduces the potential for leakage and reduce the labor and material costs for installation, largely saving costs.

 

HDPE Gas Pipe Application

HDPE gas pipe is suitable for the gas conveying system which operating temperature range from -20℃-40℃and long time working pressure no more than 0.7Mpa.

HDPE Gas pipes are usually shipped by containers, pipes could be telescoped to minimize ocean freigth in terms of several sizes. Bulk shipment are also available.
