Dredging Rubber Hose Advantages
The dredging rubber hose is suitable for dredging engineering projects .It is consist out of an inner lining which can be adjusted to meet the specific requirement of the transported medium. Wear indicator layers can also be implemented in the lining of the hoses which transport abrasive medium. A proven textile reinforcement of high tensile strength controls the pressure resistance of the hose as well as its tensile strength. Whereas the outer cover is built up utilizing a rubber compound formulated to be highly resistant against weathering, UV light and ozone attack. On special request the outer cover can be built utilizing oil resistant materials. Hose end fittings are available in a wide range of designs specifically produced to match the selected hose service requirements. The dredging rubber hose main features as follows:
1. Dredging rubber hose outer cover with excellent aging resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. Dredging rubber hose inner cover with excellent abrasion resistance and high quality.
3. Wearing colored indicator layer.
4. Bending angle in working condition is from 0-45.
5. Low centre of gravity, strong ability of the anti-wave and good stability.
